\r\n Appointment Policy<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

We aim to provide appointments on time and ask patients to arrive a few minutes before their scheduled appointment.<\/p>\r\n

Longer appointments are recommended for multiple concerns, mental health consultations, care plans, procedures and new patient appointments.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Fees & Billing Policy<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

Clocktower Medical Practice is a mixed billing practice.<\/p>\r\n

Fees vary depending on the complexity and duration of the consultation. Medicare rebates are processed electronically where available.<\/p>\r\n

Pensioners and concession card holders may be bulk billed at the discretion of the treating doctor.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Results Policy<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

Patients are encouraged to book an appointment to discuss investigation results.<\/p>\r\n

For privacy and safety reasons, clinical results are generally not provided by reception staff via telephone or email.<\/p>\r\n

Urgent or clinically significant results will be communicated by the practice.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Prescription Policy<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

Patients requiring prescriptions should generally book an appointment with their doctor.<\/p>\r\n

Requests for prescriptions without an appointment may incur a fee and are subject to doctor approval.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

Referrals require a consultation with your doctor to ensure referrals remain clinically appropriate and up to date.<\/p>\r\n

Patients should ensure referrals remain valid prior to attending specialist appointments.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Telehealth Policy<\/summary>\r\n

Telehealth appointments may be available for eligible patients.<\/p>\r\n

Clocktower Medical Practice is committed to providing a safe environment for patients, doctors and staff.<\/p>\r\n

Aggressive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.<\/p>\r\n

Patients engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave the premises and future care may be declined.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

If you require urgent medical assistance, please call 000<\/strong> immediately.<\/p>\r\n

For urgent care outside our opening hours, please attend your nearest Emergency Department.<\/p>\r\n

Our practice is not equipped to manage medical emergencies over the telephone.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
